On Giving Tuesday, the Goodness Gala named Eight Waves, NextStep Orlando and Dave's House as finalists for its inaugural 2025 gala.
Announced on December 3, 2024, the finalists advanced after participating stakeholders and sponsors each nominated their preferred applicants through a five-vote process.
Each finalist was invited to present its mission and programs to the board during the week of January 20–24, 2025, followed by a question-and-answer session.
